I saw this phenomenon this morning (16.May’08 00:50am, Malaysia timezone +8hr), It so amazing and it appeared right in front of me. It like a big light circle around the Moon, it like spectrum of light… If you saw it this morning, the light circle actually contains the rainbow color~
I try to put it into drawing for your better understanding~ (My own theory of this phenomenon)
