My people may ask you about this question:
How long you had been work for this company?
I always think, how long I had been work for current company? (Answer is 3 yrs)…
Among my friends, I’m one of the people who can work in a same company for more than 2 years. Most of my friends keep on changing their job/work throughout all these years.
Why people change their job?
Another question which might lead to thousand answers…
> Might be due to salary wise
> Maybe he/she wish to change job scope/description
> Maybe felt bored to work for others and wish to start own business
> Maybe they wish to start writing blog (Kidding~)
As you see the picture of a calculator at above, It belong to a colleague of mine. She used this calculator since she joined company in year 1998. The calculator accompany her throughout all the battle, help her in all her job as Purchaser. 10 years, she had been work for my company for such a long period. I could not imagine how I gonna looks 10 years later~

That is not my calculator, is my colleague one.
Every 2 years job hopping is a very common nowadays as the competition of the very current trends.
- some people look for better pay cheques;
- some people look for better job prospect;
- some people look for better opportunities;
- some people …..
To me, staying a long period seems to be has it own reason for good. BUT, i always prefer to aim higher, different company in the same industries would lead you more experience and farer sightsto achieve the goal of our life. From there we build our profile and judgement when making a very important decision making in our career.
