20 Jun 08 KEEP IT TO YOURSELF
What should you do when everyone push the responsible onto you? Do you ever experience this kind of situation?
The situation I faced today ~
:Hey, I wondering who informs them about the order target quantity? (A question throws out from someone)
:Emm, Based on XXXX-san mentioned last time, the order should be like that~ (Tells the facts)
:Oh, you’re the one who told them about it…. (Confirmation on the sources of information)
:Emm, what I said was based on XXXX-san information, but I’m not sure where he got the answer.
:The thing is, now everyone is saying that YOU are the one who tells all these info to them, I do not know anything of it.
:… … … … (Silent… utter no word)
Everybody only keep on saying they do not know this and that, and the one who know is the one answerable for it. If keep on like this, the one who being set-up will learn the lesson and would not informs any information without black and white. He would not work without received any balck and white too. Everything will be return back to the standard procedure, which is totally not good to everyone and especially to the company.
I do not ask you all to break the company rules of yours, but just the matter that everyone need to have the responsibility of passing information. When you received the information, understand it then only pass it around. Do not say I don’t know about this cause “XXXX” told this to me, I’m not involved in this problem. WTF, you’re the one who pass the information to others and when problem happened, you just says I’m just a messenger, I don’t want to get involved.
Working under such kind of environment kinda torturing. You never know which person who agreed with you at this moment will turn against you the next second. You will feel that nobody can be trust, and nothing you can share to other. All you have to do or must do is “KEEP IT TO YOURSELF“

Live in this world we need communication with others, even animals they have their way to communicate. We’re human, we should know the better way of communication. For me, Communicate with other is much more important to us compare to meal. Maybe some people now a day can live alone in a house and do all the billing by net and all the purchase by net too. It is ok to live alone and not to disturb other people live, but when you live/work in a community then you need to know the way to communicate with others.
Do you think communication skills is important to us in daily life?
Recently I met with a person who have own think and act very firm with own opinion. He would not listen to others people comment or ideas, unless you are his superior otherwise his would not give a damn on you~ I feel so sick of him…
