01 Jul 08 Do you feel stress?

Taken from Quite Oxymoronic

Stress, I think it is everyone best friend. As long as you are breathing, you expose yourself to stress. There are so many type of stress, studies stress, working stress, and maybe living stress. To live a better life we have stress too, always think of the best methods of being nice, being the best, and being the one you wish yourself to be~

I do remember that Yamagishi-san (The person who bring me into my current job) once told me about stress handling in the journey to Chuourinkan from Tokyo.

You have to give yourself stress, but not the stress from others. The stress you added onto yourself, you can manage, and it make you moves forward. But the stress which other person put onto you, you can’t manage and it destroys you! So, before people started to put stress on you, please start to input stress to yourself and you will be fine when others keep on pushing you~

He is my great teacher during my time in Japan. He taught me a lots of things which I do not know, show me a lots of things which I never see before. Some said “meet a person make your life change”, but I says “listen to great teaching make our life improve”

But how you manage your own stress? Please share if you have any good ideas…

For me, I will listen to music, read book (especially Comic book) or drink a cup of Dark coffee. Just do not think of the problem which bother me and just relax.

But now I wish to tell you that you are not the worst case, and there is a country called Japan which always appear to be the world most high living expenses country, people work in this country having the unbelievable level of stress. I do not have any fact of the level of stress for people who work in Japan, but I do see many crazy people or many acting weird people at Japan everyday. They dress up smart (smarter than our business man) but they will scream out loud in the middle of crowd or always keep on speaking while nobody around them~ Luckily I did not become one of them while I working at Japan last year.

Below are something funny and do not know is real or not which I took from forwarded email. This young guy joined work at 2005, looks young and you can see the different on him between years and how he looks like by now. So …. (speechless)
