21 Jul 08 Genting Trip
I think this is the fourth time for me to climb up to Genting Highland for year 2008. Don’t be surprise~ The main purpose is for GamblingSight-seeing~ I just love Genting very much, Cause I got my chance to wear my Universal Traveller Jacket up there. Hehe~
For those who know me well, I dislike gambling but I like to watch others doing it. There isn’t any easy money, if we need money, we need to work hard for it, at least work for it. Don’t think you can act like Chow Yun Fatt, God of Gamblers who can change card by eating chocolate… Hehe~ For so many times being in Casino, almost 70% people donated their money for the Casino future investment, 30% or less people gained some interest of the investment. Are you one of the investor? Haha…(I donate RM300++ each year, due to donate too little, I never gained any interest yet)
This time I brings Agnes with me to Genting Highland Casino. I would like to show her the world of Darkness reality. She was surprise that most of the Casino population were Chinese (for sure we can’t find any Malays in Casino, but who know if any). I love to hang around Jackpot area (Monte Carlo Casino, beside the Keno counter). There were machine which have Lucky Lady and Zorro (Much more fun compare to others jackpot machine which mainly aims for big amount or car~). Agnes saw some lady praying in front of the machine and press the jackpot button, she wondering whether God will help those gambler on this or not? For me, I think God do not encourage people to gamble, so would He answer to those prayer? Definitely not, if they got answer for it, it is answer from Satan/Devil something else. Some lady keep on touching the screen as if her hand can stop the jackpot of moving and stop at the desire picture/number/big price. I think some lady will kiss the Jackpot screen if it really gives them winning.
This trip is a little bit difference from previous. We got a chef from Seremban prepared Steamboat for us. His name is Alan Lim Chef Lee. He is my colleague, he proposed to have steamboat dinner and he will prepare all the ingredient too.
Waited for about 1 hour++, still haven’t being serve, Why?
Now you know why, Chef Lee prepared so many things for Steamboat Dinner. I ask to myself, can we (11persons) finished all these?
This is Alan’s Mum home make Chili, not so spicy but Alan love this very much~ Eat Maggie Instant Noodle with this chili = Perfect Match!!!
Around 1830pm, finally chef Lee says “Ok, now can start~”
Beside Steamboat, Chef Lee prepare a bottle of Martell too. I didn’t drink any, I didn’t drink a lot since the incident at Japan last year.

Having self made steamboat in Genting.. Well, not a bad idea at all! And man.. You all really got lots of dishes there…
