26 Jul 08 Aoki-san Farewell Dinner

After 2 years working with Aoki-san, now he will return back to Japan HQ next week, kinda miss him~

The farewell dinner held at HEE LAI TON Restaurant, Serdang. One of my colleague highly recommended this place for dinner, and he also recommended few dishes for us.

Shark Fin

I found prawn inside it. I think this is the best for that night~

Duck Skin Sandwich

All the duck meat taken to make another dish, here only the duck skin, bread and pineapple. That why I calls this dish as Duck skin sandwich~

Duck Meat Sushi

Duck meat from previous dish make this sushi, Just wondering it calculate as 2 dishes or only 1 price.

Mixed plate

Normally this one should be the 1st dish of the day, but that day it come in as the 2nd dish after Shark Fin Soup. Aoki-san seem to be lobster lover, he like to eat lobster very much~

Fish

I think this is special for that day. Normally people will serve in whole fish, but this serve in slide fish with vege. The most important thing is, they remove all the fish bone… I hate fish bone very much, and that make me less interest in eating fish~
