Last Saturday went for training at Bangi Equatorial Hotel. The training was arranged by my manager, Mr.Enrique. The training was conducted by a training consultant, Success Maxx Consultancy. It starts from 0900~1800, it is a whole day training session.

I reached Equatorial Hotel at 0830am, and training start at 0910, due to some people came late. (Malaysia’s culture) At first, I really do not know what we going to learn that day. “Work Smart” – Means working with smart ideas, or smart people’s work, not sure. But I can say that I understood the theory after the training session. (more…)
