Grand opening of Beijing 2008 just happened yesterday (080808). For Chinese, It is a great day on 2008.08.08, 8 means prosperity. But all Chinese in this world, it means a lot when we were watching the grand opening of Beijing 2008 yesterday. I bet most of the Chinese will watch it no matter how far, no matter where we are. Everyone of us can watch it by switching our channel to TVB channel.

Yesterday, my family and I gathered in front of TV to witness this grand opening on Astro Channel 312. I took some photo by my cellphone infront of the TV. Hope you don’t mind.

They are the one who make sure we understand every single little things in grand opening. Thanks to them.

Astro also send Cleo Tay to accompany our Malaysia athlete to Beijing. Thanks to her too.

In the opening event, the most important moment is lighting up Olympic Flame. I think the whole opening programs were great but the light up session was special. I recorded it but now in progress to upload it to Youtube, will shows you all once it is done.

After the Olympic flame being light up, I’m too tired to continue to watch the rest of the programs, I only manage to watch Jacky Chan singing the song with Karen Mok and 2 more singers. I went to bed at 1am this morning.

After watching the whole Grand opening of Beijing 2008, I’m proud to be a Chinese. Good luck to China and Good luck to Malaysia athlete, Please gain a/more gold metal for Malaysia.
