I found this in my colleague farewell email when he left my company for good sake, I suppose. At this economy condition, work in Electrical appliances company isn’t a good ideas at all. If you’re in this industrial, please continue work inside the same company, do not try to be clear/funny to job hopping to another similar industry company. To change job at this moment is not advisable, So, good luck to him.

Most of us do not work for our boss directly, but immediate superior. We report our progress to them and that make us use to address them as “Boss”…

Do you faced any problem working with your boss?

I do write a post about Our Boss is unpredictable previously. Yes, it is so true about our superior, you will never foreseen what he/she will react on your studies result/proposal/ideas. You never know what they’re thinking oon your work, they maybe considering it, hate it, like it, or they’re just day dreaming in front your work…

As the above shown statement means, the same thing you and your boss do, there are 2 outcome, one is good and one is bad. For sure, what ever you do is the negative direction, but when come to his position to do the same thing, he will say that is possible to work out. It is just simple theory, all because he is your Boss/Superior.

Here I have some advice to those who need it when you work under some one supervision…

1. Do not gives ideas before your superior
>> He will think you think to show off in front of others, or shows you are better than him.

2. Do not disobey your superior once, never…
>> He will remember this forever, and what you can expect to get in you appraisal with this condition.

3. Do not point out their mistake in front of others
>> Better make sure you submit your resignation letter, if not your daily working life will like HELL.

4. Do not mention about their mistake even just you and him.
>> He will kill you instantly…

5. Do not answer any question such like “Any ideas from you all?”
>> End up, you have to do all the thing you put on in answering the question.

6. In front of them, keep quiet and do not speak too much.
>> The more you say, the more you have to do…

7. Try to clean his shit for him all the time if possible
>> You will see the year end increment % increase more than you can expect…

8. Big problem please solve by yourself
>> only let them try to help you to solve the simple one (Let them handle the difficult one is a way for you to commit suicide because they will make them become even more severe)

9. Do not purchase personal item which is better than him/her
>> Please show off all those thing to your friend, not them. They will envy you and think that you’re satisfy with the current payroll very well.

10. ACCEPT is the Motto of your own
>> Accept what ever he request, Accept what ever he said, Accept what ever shit he hand over, lastly, Accept he/she as your superior.

Life in work is tough, everybody knew it well. As we can not do anything about it, so we need to learn the skill to survive in the Age of Pen/Computer/Emails/Meeting…
