High level people always protect their own assH
In any society/association/company must have management to maintain everything carry out in proper manner. Mostly top management selected from normal level management people, they knew the whole system function well and let them to monitor the whole system would be the most collect way. If everything goes right, that should be the right way, higher level manage / gives direction to others, everything will carry out in proper.
Why the title of my post goes like above? “High level people always protect their own assH”???
Of course there is a reason, most of the high management started to forgot what they should do/normally do. When they in their actual previous responsible, they do their best for everything, but when they getting higher level post, they started to forget their mission. Maybe because they start to have nice and comfortable job, they easily forget to dig out their best for the company/society/association. They worried what they owns will be vanished into thin air, they started to protect themselves from every problem.
So they created few common phrases which you might listened before…
“I don’t know about all these, nobody report to me” (Think others can be fool by him with this sentense)
“Oh, I don’t receive the email, it must because my mailbox fulled” (Hahaha…)
“I don’t really understand the actual situation, please explain to me now” (Hope people lazy to explain then no need to know further)
They just don’t wish to lost their title, their job, their post. And sometime they don’t wish to create conflict with other high management personnel, they wish to be a very very nice person to every parties. Their wish to protect their ass O nicely and safe. When they do so, they never know they make the situation become much more complicated, much more difficult to solve, sometime it just trouble their own subordinate.
Once a leader told me “Not that I don’t wish to highlight the actual problem, in management we need to be friendly to everyone, no fighting each other in the meeting, be harmony”, I heard and asked “So we need to cover everything for others just because of this? why mercy to others while others don’t do the same to us?”
Yes, I agreed the theory to protect our self in big/large scale management, but not all the time, sometime we need to speak out, voice out. Only know how to push their own subordinate to cover everything so that he can be most nice friendly friend to other leader, for me they’re just cowards who just wish to sit there and collect the salary for nothing.
I do believe as a leader should stand right behind their army and fight, when the time is right, they need to react to up morale of everyone for continue move forward. I think I hardly can see such kind of management people now a day, do you?
