Photographer’s attitude and responsibilities
As a photographer, we should know about our responsibilities before we start to take photo for the others. What are our responsibilities, do you know?
I know there wasn’t any fixed rules and regulation to control what a photographer do with theirs works, theirs photos if they not published them in commercial. But as a respect to the model, and our-self, not to transfer the photo to others is a MUST to every photographer. No matter what kind of photo session a photographer had involved, Normal Portrait, Theme photography session, Sexy Lingerie photo-session or even Body art portrait session, the photos should be the properties of the photographer and model. Photographer can not transfer the photos in raw file, soft copy, hard copy, or in any others format to any third parties. Even if the photographer had obtained the release notes signed by the model, also doesn’t means you can transfer any photo to anyone freely.
I think now a day, more people purchasing DSLR as the price of it getting cheaper and cheaper for those beginner DSLR camera. As we can see more and more people start practicing on portrait shooting here and there. But wondering how many of them really loves photography in deep of their heart? Do not know, not sure also, maybe they really loves it, or maybe they are doing it because of other reasons. Some do it due to they wish to get know with more girls, some do it because it make him look smarter and more professional, some do it because of some evil thinking, I personally disagreed on all these kind of initial intention on photography. I loves photography because I loves it, just simple like that, without consider anythings. I use my Nikon D90 snap any photos, no matter landscape, portrait, or helping my friend to capture their happiness in their wedding.
Please loves, respect your interest/hobby, please… Do not ruined everyone hard work just because of your stupid action. If you do not know how to respect yourself as who you are, please respect us as who we were.

I believe this one of the photographer’s etiquette. I agree that whatever photos taken it should remain to the model and the photographer. If photography is made out of passion, everything will follow without laying down rules and will amazingly produce wonderful photos.
I disagree with this almost entirely. Maybe if you are doing photography for a hobby but how can one be able to make money if they don’t sell portrait photography. Especially if the photographer has written permission from the model to do so. I am very passionate about photography however if I had a model release form signed I would not hesitate to market that model.
