A day with Junior Team Canada amazing race KL

That’s my JTC T-Shirt, Cap and pin. Thanks to JTC for giving this to me.
A simple msn chat make I has a wonderful day with Junior Team Canada (JTC) member. William told me that JTC member will come to Malaysia last Saturday and he had arranged the JTC KL amazing race for them. When I first heard about it, I didn’t have any response, just “Ok, Alright… have a great day then~”. When I further think about it again, I wish to be a part in the event. Of course I won’t be able to join the real amazing race photography team, this is my opportunity to take photos for William’s JTC Kuala Lumpur amazing race.
JTC is a program under GlobalVision Canada, check out about GlobalVision here.
“Global Vision is a national not for profit organization that is igniting young Canadians through education and hands on experience to help create brighter futures for themselves, their communities, country and the global community.”
Taken from Global Vision website.
He is the mastermind for this JTC Kuala Lumpur amazing race, William. He did everything, every arrangement by himself, with the help from his father and wife. Appreciate William’s effort in this event.

I think I took very less photo of myself in the event, one in my camera, few in William’s Camera and one in JTC member’s camera (I wish to get this photo, any ideas?)
They will be 4 persons in a group, and 10 groups. Each group will have some coins and cash for travelling and admission fees for some location. The yellow envelopes contains the clue and all the information for the games, it just 99.99% same as Amazing Race shows.
Everyone discussion about the mission, before they make their first move.
Double confirm whether they’re in the right path.
First Stop, Batu Caves… This is my second time climb up to the top (Oops, I actually didn’t make it to the top, just half way, I make a U turn go down~). They need to take some photo of the monkey and did something around Batu Caves area.
Time is the most important thing in the race, no walk, all they need to do is run…
Even so, still can have a rest and do some shopping… Hehehe (Finally they’re the Team #5 reached the end point)
Wow, they make they way to KLCC by train and LRT.
(This team is the first team reached the end point)
Gathering information is one of the important part of games, find the right person, ask the right question.
Did you see Matrix Actor, Keanu Reeves… He is here, in Malaysia… Hahaha~
Waiting for Taxi seem to be more time consume….
They called them as Super Group, they combined 2 groups into one, 8 persons in big group. That will be difficult when come to take cabs or reaching the end point, which group go first?
He is Mr. Terry Clifford, the President and Founder of Global Vision. He is friendly and I have a great short chit chat with him. Thanks for letting me join this memorable event.
They actually have a short presentation for each group during the dinner, but I can’t manage to join them. I’m rushing back to hometown for something else. Even thought I’m not around with them, I bet it will be a happy dinner where full of laughing and cheers…
In this event, I’m happy to know so many new friends, especially Mr. Terry and his wife, Mrs Anne. I also make friend with a pretty Eskimo girl name Kerri, nice to meet her, She looked like Chinese, I think many people think that too. She is the 1st Eskimo girl I’d met. The name which I can remember were Kerri, Adam, Van, Arlen, Jerry, Juliane and more… (Sorry for can’t recall every single name of yours…). I really have a great time with all of them, Welcome to Malaysia, and I’m glad that they actually like our country very much. Thanks.
