“Boss is always right” << this always true, no matter where you go, this rules still complied.
No matter you work in local culture company, Japanese MNC or even European MNC, as long as you’re small mice in company, you still need to be quiet and stand aside and let boss do the talking.

I did my part, maybe not fully completed, it is because the thing is ongoing and going to complete. Please do not start to throw all kind of funny question to me when someone asked you about my job which you’re no clear about… Can you put a little bit, slightly trust on your subordinate? Thanks…

Side track:
Today just went for a AQL training, training for Acceptance Quality Level, is kinda useful to recall myself, as I did studies this subject in University year. When start, the trainer from Motorola University asked, “Anyone know about AQL?”

A voice from behind proudly claimed ” I’m not sure about everyone, but for those from Flextronic, same as me should know about AQL”

Wow, at least somebody in the training remember what is AQL…. (Frankly speaking, I forgotten it longtime when I left my 1st job as QA…)

Who’s know… Half way in the training, the one who claimed he knew about AQL asked the most question about AQL, like a laid man like other who get touch with AQL for the 1st time. Funny, right?
