Ant Lion theory reflect the Bad Company Management

Bad Management started and ended… Suffer will only the 1st initial who work hard for the company~

Nice story or not? It is created by someone, if it is same as your company situation, is just coincidence.

Most of the company management think a lot of thing can be improve and must carry out improvement plan.

But who do do it?

They will think the existing original work force not capable for it, they need someone new to the organisation who can see the problem clearly, who got no relationship to anyone of the company to change the norms. Then the new comer started to hire more and more he/her ex-colleague into the company and started to make changes. The 1st changes is, existing work force totally not performing, need to have mass layoff and pump in the new blood, to create a new look for the company.

Wow, sound great… then how many people needed to change? The new management say it calmly “Half of them…” They only joined in the company for few months, few weeks and they conclude the need of changing employee, and the higher management buy their proposal.

Can you see the situation? Original well established system working fine without any problem, yet needed to improve, end up to change all the established system to a new unknown none testified system.

Will it be a real blue ocean for the company? or a black holes? Never know, don’t want to know, don’t bother… The only thing we know is, lots of people will going to leave their position just because of IMPROVEMENT (Kaizen).
