How accurate you fit into your current job?

Many people might think he/she fit into the job 100% or 110%, but they are wrong… No one really will fit to their job 100%, I believe this by hard. Even myself, I work, same time learn.

At 1st, during my first job, I have the same silly thinking as everybody else, which means I’m good with my works, and suit for what ever job assigned to me. But then one day, my superior told me a phrase which make me change my perception until now…

“Company will still going on smoothly without any problem if any management members died/not around…”

This so so so true…

Even though CEO not around, all the executive also not around, left only operators alone… The company still can function well without any problem.

Friend, Do not over estimate yourself too much, if not, the day to received big envelope from HR is no long from now…
