Hiring Conflict

Early Morning Lulu (imaginary person) received a letter from boss saying about company faced some difficulty after world computer demand dropped and Japan Earth-quake effect. She read it and feel glad that she still have her job at this moment, and pray for all of her colleagues can hold on their job.

But the same information, which read by Lulu’s colleague Mr. Dam, the reaction become totally differ. Mr. Dam always a person who have all kinds of negative thinking, he can think all sort of negative thing instead of positive. Sometime, Lulu also wonder why Dam can have all such funny thought. Dam isn’t a easy get along person in the company, he dislike all the new comer who hold higher position than him.

eg. Lulu join the company after Dam, he dislike but he didn’t react much, because the job scope do not have any crossover, basically, they do not need to work together in work. But when Ms Lat joined the company, as his manager, the daily nag started. He’d nagged about his boss daily, about this, about that. He dare to claimed that his boss knew nothing about their job. Lulu just wondering, how he can work for the company for 9 years.

Sometime company might have unfair condition. As Lulu company, CEO said business not good, some unnecessarily job posting will be onhold, but the local management still keep on hiring higher ranking personnel to join the team. So, this case will create conflict, one side hold increment, hold hiring for lower ranking, but the other side hiring more management level. Wonder more Manager will ease the economy situation?

Work is work, and we being paid for work. Whether like it or not, You got your salary and you need to work without additional complaint. Company didn’t pay for the complaint… If you really got lot of complaint and feel unfair, feel dissatisfy, then you may just leave your job, that’s all.
