Working hour Management, Family time Management, Own Time Management – Part 1
Many people always come to me and ask,
“How you balance up your Working Hour, Family Time and Own personal time in a day?”
How? Is not the matter of how to, is your instint and initiative to make it come true.
No denie that work is important, you work on your own profession, you work for living, you work for everything. You spent almost 50% of time in a day in work. That really took a big portion from you, as you only have 24 hours a day. Yea, you spent 12hrs in work, excluding the travel time to work. You might end up use more than 12hrs daily to complete your working life.
In the 12 hours, how you manage your work effectively and not wasting time. I believe some of you might not full use all the time in work, it also including time for lunch, tea-break and chatting time. Let’s say deducted all misc time you spent beside work, and now you have 6 hours for pure work. How you use this 8 hours then?
In Normal, I will list down all my task one by one, and prioritize each of them. This is more visible when you selecting job to do 1st and later. Moreover is, you’ll never miss-out any of them. If you’re good in Gun-Chart, please make one for your daily working task, this will be more visible in term of duration crashed which you can see from wording dateline.

As much as possible I don’t spend more than 8-9 hours a day for work. But if I have 12 hours a day, I’ll crunch as much work as possible to get more things done. It’s good to set up priorities and schedules you can stick to.
