UWA (Ultra Wide Angle) lenses always my target for Landscape photo-shoot. Recently I had tried a Sigma UWA 10-20mm f3.5 for 2 times, here to write some of my comments about it.

Photo taken from HERE

Before I write the comment, let’s see below 2 picture which taken by this lenses with my little Nikon D90.
Landscape shoot with it,

10mm 1/1250 f8 -2EV

And

Portrait shoot with it,

10mm 1/200 f4 +3EV

The owner said that Sigma UWA compare to Tokina UWA 11-16mm, Tokina UWA win. I don’t know about Tokina because I never tried it by my Nikon Camera. As for Sigma UWA, I think it is good for Landscape and Portrait. If you do portrait, just prevent to put the model/subject at the edge, because even thought it had been improved for distortion, but as for UWA lenses, distortion does happens. It can make model looks fatter… I’m still waiting my chance to try on Tokina UWA before I actual purchase one of them.

Any other comment on Sigma UWA 10-20mm? Please voice out and shared…

I think many people come across this kind of question below,

“Which one is better? Nikon, Canon or Sony?”
“Any different between all these brands?”

For me, the 1st significant differences is their name. Hahaha…
Any other differences? I can say there are lots of differences, in term of design, technology…

Which one is better choice?
I find this is very difficult to answer, cause it really depends on your own. For me, I don’t know why, I’m a Nikon and Lumix supporter since digital camera, then I upgraded to Nikon DSLR. Many people ask me why choose Nikon, I say I don’t know, I just feel Nikon great, and I feel happy when took photos with Nikon then I stick with Nikon. Simple as that~

A senior told me this which make me think,
“DSLR camera doesn’t means can equipped you with the skills, Good lenses don’t gives you better picture composition too”

Not only me faced such question? Forum’s friend faced the same thing too, Click here for the Edmund’s post. In Edmund post, I found this wallpaper which originated from Lensa.co.uk.

Yes, so true!!!
“It’s you who make the difference between them!”

Previously I mentioned that wish to have a SLR camera, and ask for the opinion on Nikon D80. Click Here.

Today, My colleague bring it (Nikon D80) to office. Wow, it is so cool~ No matter on holding feeling or function, It is just too nice. Unfortunately, My skills on SLR camera is too little, so not much I can do with the camera. I need to learn from my friend before I actually buy it. Planning to have photo shooting session at PutraJaya tomorrow after work.

Nikon D80 looks so cool~
