KUALA LUMPUR: The technical glitches on MySejahtera, which caused missing booster dose certificates and extra booster appointments are being rectified.
When responding to media queries on the issue, the Health Ministry attributed the incident to a technical issue.
It said the MySejahtera team were “testing booking links for next week’s build release,” which inadvertently got into the production system.
“Users will see a booking link on the vaccine page today.
“They are reverting the links as we speak,” it said.
MySejahtera users took to social media to highlight their missing booster dose certificates in their respective mobile applications.
Users who had received their booster dose had also found that the app was prompting them to make another appointment for their booster shots.
